hello,
the tracking number of my item is RS321133460CN and its shows the same status when i am tracking it.
It has been under the same status since 22.12.16 and has already been nearly 1 month. i am able to track it on EMS but why is EMS taking so much time?

3. Your parcel is On Route/In Transit to your country Mauritius. I would not be surprise that your parcel was delayed by the Holiday Season, the Smog that affected the departure of Aircraft in China and the rescheduling of mail bags.

4. Now what needs to happen is Mauritius Post scan your parcel on arrive or when they have time to do it.

1. No I can not give you an estimate.

2. What you should do is contact seller and ask him to Call China Post Hot Line to make sure that the parcel departed China and it's not laying in a corner somewhere. Tell him you have not receive your parcel and you are worry that it's lost or misplace.

3. Also tell him that parcel to your country Mauritius take only 14 days to arrive not one month. See what he is going to say to you.

Hello,
they say that the seller has chosen the slowest shipping method and that the package will in arrive in 1 more month.
Can you confirm that there is such a shipping method?
