Hello on your site it says that the shortest arrival time for a package to reach mauritius is 9 days and the longest time is 16 days. it has already been 1 month and 19 days since it is with china post.I have been said to wait for only two weeks. Can you tell me why is it taking so long?
Is there a problem with it?
My tracking number is RS321133460CN.

Hey, I have been trying to track my package but the last thing that shows up is
"【上海】Export customs clearance complete." It has been frozen like this for a month now. Can you help me and see if you can find any additional information on it, I'm starting to get worried.
Tracking number is RF490583731CN. Thank you.
