2. So we know that your parcel is On Route to Canada. I suspect possibly it will arrive in Vancouver Inbound Mail. I would not be surprise that the parcel already is in Vancouver and has not pass the Canadian Customs check as of today.

3. I know from previous Canadian person here on the forum, that E Packet at Canada Post was slow. I suspect this week you should see some tracking of your parcel on Canada Post site.
