http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel arrived destination country in Jan. If you did not get it, open dispute for lost parcel asap.

No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, open dispute against fraud asap.
