No shipping record means your seller did not ship anything to you. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

If your seller really shipped the goods, you can track the parcel within 48 hours. Now it shows no record over one month, it is 100% scam.

no shipping record means your seller did not ship you anything. If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel real data in next 3 days, you will open dispute against fraud.
