I am tracking my parcel (coming to UK) with tracking number RM753868724CN which is showing status "International Departure" since 6 January 2017. It is not changing status. I have not received my parcel and I cannot track it in my country.

Can you please help me. Where is my parcel.

your parcel status is ok, no need worry. parcel status will not change after it is given to oversea airline by china post. , now is holiday time, you might need one or two more weeks to get it.

I have previously also received parcel from China post and I am able to track the parcel after it is given to oversea airline and until I receive it. This is the first time I cannot track the parcel. Now it is almost 4 weeks since status shows international departure.

Please help.

Hello ,
New year holiday is going on currently in china so please wait patiently for package to get delivered . May take upto 2 weeks to reach you . Its going normal .
