What does it mean in russian " the parcel was not received from sender " is the parcel in Russia ?

I made order sinc more than a month and till now didn't receive it .this is my tracking number which they provide me
RO138771939CN.plz I need to know when it 'll reach .thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RO138771939CN is invalid. It is a fake number. You might be scammed.

If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, open dispute against fraud asap.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RY525624031CN is a shipping label created by aliexpress seller on Oct 21, but never actually shipped. RY520649306CN is still in china, it is waiting for airline space.
