i returned i defective cell phone as we agreed with the seller.now when i track it. the last result is unsuccessful delivery. the seller who is Zhang Guohui says that no one notify him. what is the process? did you leave him a notification? i want to mention that i have made a mistake with the name. on the parcel i have written guohoi instead of guohui maybe that is the problem . but the address is correct as follows :Luohu District dong men zhong lu cheng dong jie 94 # 6th Floor 6018 and is confirmed by seller. is possible to call him before you are going to deliver? its emergency because i must be refunded. thank you

ask your receiver to call china post phone number 11185 and pickup the parcel asap.

you should ask seller call china post 11185 and try to pickup the parcel. the address seems to be a self-made address and not deliverable.
