your parcel left china 3 weeks ago. You can not see new status when parcel is outside china, this is normal.

USPS website shows it arrived Chicago on Oct 2. You will get it very soon.

"Guangzhou Branch of mail by air, leaving."
And it hasn't updated in 4 days.

Can you tell me if it's still on the way?

I've been waiting a whole month.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows RL740680447CN was shipped on Sep 25. you need wait about 30 to 60 days to get it in Brazil.
