track here http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. If the parcel was REALLY SHIPPED, it will show location and status within 48 hours. Otherwise it will show "the parcel xxxx has not been received by China Post" which means seller did not ship the parcel.

Now how long do I have to wait for a reply on this? My parcel location has not been updated in 28 days. It is in Export Customs Scan. This is my tracking number. Please write to [email protected] with a solution.

parcels from Beijing to India are experiencing some delay since early Aug. You might need to wait another 2 weeks.

RK020482845CN is still in seller's local post office. Ask seller to contact his local post office where he gave the parcel to. It should have some safety problem with the parcel.

RC221670457CN seems to have problem to pass safety check. you'd better ask seller to reship the goods with new tracking number. if seller can not give you new tracking number, open a dispute and claim refund.
