Hi, I'm from Canada. We ordered an item and were provided a link to this site to track the shipping: http://www.track-chinapost.com/en

When entering the tracking number provided UI649783980CN, this website says

UI649783980CN In transit China/China Post to Canada

2019-07-27 09:38南京市, 到达【南京市国际邮件】

But when I search this tracking number in China Post, there is no shipping information. Can you tell me please if this package exists or if we've been scammed?

UI649783980CN was shipped from China to Canada on Jul 27.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
