Update : I just received a tracking message from the ioffer link that the seller gave me after shooting all caps at him/her in a message. The new link for LS667497305CN says that the package is in transit to the US.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was just shipped today. Normally such ePacket will arrive USA in 10 to 20 days. if you can not get it by April 10, you should be file charge back to your credit card company.

I think somethings wrong with my order because ioffer changed the sellers shipping date from Feb 11th to March 13th, 2018. I believe that the seller just sent anything because they knew that i was mad and wanted a refund.

UPDATE : Package just made it to California today, I will keep you all posted on size and condition of package once it arrives, thanks @chinapostv-
