I order blackberry from them and it's almost 2 months but no response and the seller don't contact me RS137449458CN. Can some body help me if I got scam or not

1. What I found is this:
Tracking # :RS137449458CN
Date / Time :2016/07/27 - 07:25
Description :There is no information available for this international item. Tracking by Canada Post is not a feature for this product.
Service Type :International Inbound Registered

2. Now what I don't know is if this is the arrival in Canada, or maybe out of Canadian Customs and given to Canada Post for delivery.

3. Normally Registered parcel from China can take from 6 to 8 weeks when the parcel arrive in Vancouver and most parcel arrive in Vancouver.

4. You just need to come back here and ask me next Wednesday to look at your parcel for new update.

1. Just to make sure that the parcel is not at your local post office. Can you go where normally you pick up parcel when they are sent to you and ask them politely if they have a parcel for you. Maybe they forgot to put a notice in your mail box! Just give them the parcel tracking number (RS137449458CN) and tell them it's been mail 6 weeks ago from China Post Registered Mail.

2. If no parcel this will confirm that the parcel is still into Customs office and not check yet.

1. I will follow your parcel to see if there is some movement by Canada Post. If you don't receive your parcel by the next 7 days, please advise the seller that the parcel was not delivered.

2. If you can not get a hole of the seller, then open a dispute to get your money back. When doing your dispute include all correspondence with the seller about your parcel.
