Post Fake tracking number?

I purchased an item on ioffer Nov 7th, the tracking says it hasnt reached china ems.
the number is LS131333607CN
I feel like this is an old tracking number they are reusing, when i looked it up I saw 2015.
I tried contacting the seller twice telling them the tracking number isnt right and ive gotten no replies so far.

LS131333607CN is fake number. you should be cautious of fraud.
