Post My Parcel is yet to arrive.

Hi Ive ordered a long jacket from Aliexpress
On the 11th of November 2016.
The seller has shipped my item on the
15th of November 2016.
However till now the item is seem
To stuck at the china customs.
Hope you are able to check whats wrong with my
Package and how come its still stuck for over 9 days thanks.
Btw I reside in Singapore.
Please help thanks.

1. Either your parcel is transiting inside China or it has problem passing the Export Customs Scan. This might help you:

China Post Forbidden Item List

What is the status of “Export Customs Scan” ? How long it will take?

2. You should contact seller so he can call China Post to find out the situation about your parcel.

its been more than 16 days alr.Till now my tracking no still reflecting the same thing.

1. Open a dispute or contact seller and ask him to call China Post to find out about your parcel.

Hi Now i went to check the tracking it says this.
2016-12-06 14:23 Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported to open.
Any idea how many more exchange bureau does it have to go through from here.Also how long will it take for my parcel to reach Singapore?

wait 2 more weeks, if it does not arrive Singapore, you need open dispute to seller.

I went to check the tracking status it says this.
Arrived from overseas (Country code:CN), in transit to next processing centre for delivery
What does it mean?

1. It means your parcel arrive in Singapore and it's going to the processing center (Possibly Customs) then to the delivery.

2. If you want more explanation just call Singapore Post.

Ok I received my package alr.But the jacket dosent fit me that much.In the aliexpress website it says 6XL but when i wear it it looks more like medium and it dosent fit me.
