I shipped an important document from Alicante, Spain to Beijing, China. In Spain they explained to me that it would take 6 to 8 days to arrive. It has been 13 days and still says in Beijing International Office customs cleared. It got to Beijing Aug 7, 2017. Why does it take only 3/4 days to go from one continent to another, but 8+ days to go from one side of Beijing to the other??

VV077760303ES should have delivery problem in Beijing. You need ask receiver call China Post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.
