Post Who do i contact if my package has no shipping record?

Hello, so basically I purchased an item and it gave me this shipping number: LK858707911CN ; when I tried to track it I got a "no shipping record" message. Does anyone know what I should do at this point to make sure the item has been shipped? Thanks!

1. Your tracking number is valid number.
2. You need to wait 2 to 5 days before the tracking gets into the China Post system.
3 If you don't see anything after 10 days then, contact seller or open a dispute.
