unfortunately you can not know if the parcel has arrived China. "L" parcel actually is same as a letter mail which has no record. The parcel might have arrived china and even delivered to recipient by postman manually. But no data in any of the stage will be input into computer system.

Where was my parcel taken to so I can contact them to figure out where my stuff is?
