Post Wheres my packages?

I need help to know where's my packages.

LK195104108CN
LK195186138CN

In both packages, the last update was of March 24, but in the tracking by USPS says "pre-shipment", then I really haven't idea about where's my packages or when will I receive them.

Someone help me, please!

ePacket are experiencing serious delay since March 2017. you may need to wait extra 2 to 3 weeks.

Just wanted to say, mine is the same. Last update march 24. Stills says preshipment too. Looks like lots of us in the same situation. My tracking number is not showing updates http://packageradar.com/courier/china-ems/tracking/LW011858727CN

LW011858727CN tracking not updated since march 24th. Please help. Where is it?

What is the hold up. Why is everyone telling us to wait 2to 5 weeks more. This is crazy

This is very weird, because both packages will arrive to JFK airport, but on April 14 arrived to JFK airport a package that left China on April 7.

I'm very worried, because now I'm not sure if I'll receive these packages.

04764067698 this is my tracking number it shows my order has shipped on 30 March but after that no any updates about it.
