Could you please tell me if LZ401158995CN is a genuine tracking number. It shows no result after a week and the seller seems fraudulent.

My package was shipped put out yesterday, and i have a tracking number, but when i tried to track it stated no shipping record. But email said its on the way. But what does no shipping record mean ?
