Hi I'm just wondering if my package left or was it returned again at the security again? If so should I open a dispute cases

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ431968943CN shows the parcel was rejected again. I suggest you wait one more week and track again. It might be another mistake.
