The tracking number LY339790121CN says my order was delivered however, I have not received anything. Who do I contact for a refund or will my product be resent? This seems to be a common issue based on the comments on this forum.

USPS website shows Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:41 pm on June 30, 2018 in SAN ANTONIO, TX 78253.

If you can not find the parcel in your mailbox, contact USPS office in SAN ANTONIO, TX 78253 and inquiry detail.
