http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV506832907CN shows the parcel was just sent to Shanghai sorting center on Nov 8.

this is an economical class mail which is slow. You need 4 to 8 weeks to get it in UAE post office. Once parcel arrives UAE, you will see update in UAE post website.
