I have previously ordered an item from Aliexpress on the 16th January 2016. It has been 3 weeks and 4 days now and still no sign.
I ordered another item the same day which came last saturday but this item is taking far much longer and has been stuck on leaving Shanghai for almost 3 weeks.
Here is the tracking info:

Whats going on?

it should be delayed in shanghai airport. possible reason should be airline space shortage.
