I placed one order from a website that claims to send the proceeds to the Austrailian wildfire efforts back on 1/22/2020. However, I received two different tracking numbers from this seller regarding my order in two separate emails. After typing them in both times, I'm getting the same status result/update: no shipping record! The tracking numbers I received are LW475680665CN and LW501701167CN.

Please help! Thank you!

LW475680665CN and LW501701167CN has no real shipment record. Your seller applied this two parcel number from China post but never actually give them to China Post.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.
