Hello!,

I have been waiting for my package to be delivered to me desperately. My mom shipped it on Feb 9th. Usually it takes no more than 10 days for international priority mail.... But this time, it still does not come yet... I am a bit nervous. Is this package lost????

Arrival within 2 to 4 weeks from China to USA/Canada is quite common.

Hello,
I have ordered on amazon and it has to be delivered by 16th of april,2014 but it is not been delivered. It says its stuck at KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO. Kindly do something to deliver my package. Its tracking number is RC103636831CN.

Hello. I ordered a package about a month ago. The tracking number is LK046475436CN. It says that it arrived in san francisco and then it just stopped. I DON'T EVEN LIVE IN SAN FRANCISCO! I LIVE IN HOUSTON, TX. What is happening. Is my package lost?

the parcel should be lost. you'd better call USPS and inquiry the detail about this parcel. USPS is the delivery agent for China Post parcel in USA.

Hello there:

I've send a letter size document from Toronto, Canada to Taiwan on May 20th.
After I check the Canada post tracking status for RW986894400CA, it showed that its in Beijing, China on May 26th with no further information... And then I found this awesome useful website.

In here it showed that my letter's been through custom import and custom export, now it is sent to airline on May 28th with no further info as well. I understand that it takes 2-4 weeks for it to arrive its destination as you stated, I just have several question though...

1. Does it take that long even if it's going to somewhere close like Taiwan?

2. Is it really normal when you send a letter from Canada to Taiwan but then ended up in China?

3.Will my letter arrive in Taiwan as it suppose to be or will it go back to Canada?

I really hope someone can answer my questions cause this is really making me nervous..

the parcel is going to Taiwan now, you might need another one week to get arrived.

Thanks one more question, have you changed your system? I can't see the updates I saw before anymore...Also

RW986894400CA CANADA CHINA On route

When it says China it means Taiwan China right??

Never mind it just arrived Taiwan now... THANK YOU SO MUCH you were being so helpful!!!!!!
