Post Where is my package?

Hi i have placed an order for a north face jacket over a month ago and still have not recieved it when i track my package it says it has been delievered but i have yet to recieve anything.
I ordered from this website: http://northqu.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=931

This is my tracking number : LZ142396982CN

and was emailing with them when ordering but now they wont respond. If the package has been delivered where can i get it from?

If u can please help me that would be greatly appreciated.

Canada Post website shows the parcel status as "KITCHENER, Delivered to your community mailbox, parcel locker or apt./condo mailbox"

You need check your community mailbox and see if it is there. If you can not find it, contact your local canada post for detail.

But it should have been delievered to brampton not Kitchener. If i call them do i just give them my tracking number?

If you are not in Kitchener, then it means your seller shipped the parcel to wrong address or gave other people's tracking number to you.

If you paid with paypal or aliexpress, you should open dispute and claim refund.
