RF444228282SG is a Singapore registered mail item. It was despatched from Singapore on Mar 16 and arrived in Canada on Apr 2.

Right now, it is probably sitting in a Canada customs depot awaiting clearance of which lots of people have complained to be very slow.

So its been sitting in Customs for a month now and that is normal?

quite normal. max custom waiting time can be 3 months. that is what the union workers in Canada Post are doing now.
