Hello admin..

could you please help me clarify this... up to know I have not received my package

Parcel No.CX114023579US tracking result

2016-01-09 13:39:00.0 USA received
2016-01-11 13:10:00.0 arrive USA 纽约 Transit Station
2016-01-11 13:10:00.0 leaving 纽约
2016-01-14 11:05:00.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs scan
2016-01-14 13:08:27.0 Shanghai Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2016-01-21 16:43:44.0 Hangzhou Transit Station import customs scan
2016-01-21 16:43:48.0 Hangzhou Transit Station arrive customs
2016-01-21 16:52:34.0 Hangzhou Transit Station import customs cleared (domestic transit )

Is there something wrong?

the parcel arrived Hangzhou on Jan 21. you should ask receiver call 11185 and pickup the parcel.
