My tracking number is LS134417629CN. I have been looking for my package for almost two weeks, all I get is that it was dispatched through sort facility. When will I receive my package.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel delayed in Hangzhou for 9 days and actually left China on Oct 21. Normally ePacket parcel will travel about 10 days to reach USA. So you should get the goods by early Nov.

I still have not received my package, I don't know what to believe. I was told it left China on the 21st, know I'm told it's still in China. Whats going on. My tracking number is LS134417629CN

I have a parcel that already arrived from China to Singapore dated 23 Feb 2016. Till today I am still awaits the delivery. Any reasons?

the parcel arrived Singapore on feb 23. you should contact Singapore Post and inquiry delivery detail.
