http://track-chinapost.com/ shows the number is not valid number. your seller did not ship the goods yet. if you just got the number, wait one more week and track again.

as far as I know, USPS does not scan china post parcel since Oct ,2015. So it is very strange that ebay can show you parcel location in USA. I wonder how ebay know USPS delivery status which even USPS does not know in its own website. Maybe you should contact ebay and ask them explanation.
