Hi,

I have a EMS package from Shanghai, China to USA. The tracking number is EV828817330CN. I have not seen any updates since 9/18. Usually it only takes a week or two to arrive.

EV828817330CN is a little bit delayed, but still in normal time frame. I suggest you wait one or two more weeks. After it passes US customs, you will see new status.
