Post where is my package and when will it arrive

Can someone please help me me my package has not yet arrived in usa yet and it says going to next airport/seaport since January 12 & average arrival days are 16 days! my tracking number is RI816741568CN can someone please tell me what it's doing, where it is, and when it'll arrive!

the parcel should be delayed somewhere outside china. wait another 2 weeks, it should arrive. If not, open dispute for lost parcel

Hey there, they told me that my parcel was going to be here by the 25 of February, as I see it has been sent, but it has been sitting in one spot for 3 days now,I live in Australia, this is a important package which I need before the 25th of this month, so can you please kindly send off my product so it gets to me in time, thanks
