This is my tracking"# BJ14837036497151. I placed an order on Dec. 24, 2016 for two items. I received one item on Jan. 11, 2017. However the other item has been shipped separately. Really don't understand why it was done this way. As I said, the above is my tracking# and when tracked this is what I get (doesn't seem to be moving):

As you can see it's been awhile. Is the problem with customs or what? Thanks

you might need to wait another week. if you can not get the goods by early Feb, you can open dispute to seller and claim refund for lost parcel.
