Post When will my package arrive?

My package was predicted to come by the 10th and it's the 14th and still hasn't came. USPS said it would come by the 14th and still has not came. The number is LY317847385CN

USPS.com shows Your item has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 4:16 pm on July 9, 2018.

You should get it very soon.
