Hi

Sent a parcel from New Zealand to China and It is not delivered. See Status Below. Please Help.......

2017-12-05 11:13:00.0 New Zealand shipping center received
2017-12-07 05:29:00.0 arrive 奥克兰
2017-12-07 08:25:00.0 已leaving 奥克兰center
2017-12-07 09:02:00.0
2017-12-09 04:09:42.0 Guangzhou import customs scan
2017-12-09 05:13:16.0 Guangzhou center import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2017-12-11 09:11:40.0 Shenzhen import customs scan
2017-12-11 12:32:17.0 arrive customs
2017-12-11 12:33:50.0 Shenzhen center import customs cleared (domestic transit )
2017-12-26 15:13:13.0 Shenzhen import customs scan
2017-12-26 15:19:05.0 arrive customs
2017-12-26 15:21:15.0 Shenzhen center import customs cleared (domestic transit )

the parcel is in Shenzhen customs. Now is holiday, your receiver should get it after New Year holiday(Jan 2). If receiver can not get the parcel after Jan 3, ask him/her to call china post hot line 11185 and pickup the parcel.

it is not delay. customs clearance takes 5 to 10 days is normal in these holiday season.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is looping in china airports. this is a bad news which means the parcel can not be accepted by airline. Not sure the real the reason, but I suggest you open dispute for non-arrival parcel.

Hi. My parcel CC427108231NZ is not received. I asked receiver to check with post office and he said it is getting returned to me. Is that what is happening?
