my tracking number RS458903578CN says Electronic information has been received but over a hundred times.... what is going on with this? is it real or fake?

"Electronic information has been received " means your seller applied a tracking number from china post, but he never actually shipped anything. You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress against fraud shipment.

i have exactly the same problem with the same ! tracking number RS458903578CN and Shipment time: 2017-06-26

your seller did not ship anything. you should open dispute against fraud.
