i called ems, they told me that the package is already released from customs, should be on its way, please be patient... can i claim for a refund in this situation? and also i'm so confuse with a these status, where is my package now?

EH004432580US arrived Shanghai on Nov 15. It will be delivered in 2 to 7 days depending on the distance between receiver and Shanghai.
