I have two packages with tracking numbers
LT623520986CN
CP346311444CN
The status is "delivered" but I've never received them.
Can you help me to locate them?

LT623520986CN was delivered by USPS office in CONCORD, CA 94520 on Feb 8. if you have not got the parcel, go to that USPS office and inquiry detail.

CP346311444CN was returned to shipper. you should open dispute and claim refund.
