I ordered something from Gamiss.com and I am able to track the package, but it says it has been in the transfer of customs since June 9 . My tracking number is SY11210978838 . I would really like to know what is happening with my package. (My order was a piece of clothing)

Please help me. Thanks.

SY11210978838 is not china post tracking number.
