If you go down on the page you will see all possible number used in China Post.

Don't forget it take a couple a day to China Post to registered you parcel in the system.

2. You should contact recipient as soon as possible to have him call China Post Hot Line: 11185, to find out where is the letter now, so it might be able to be deliver.Otherwise the letter will come back to Germany.
