My order is shipped but I don't have the tracking number. .when I'm gonna get it?

if your seller did not give you tracking number, you can not verify if he really shipped the goods or not. However, if you paid with paypal or aliexpress, you can claim refund if you do not get the goods after 4 weeks.

I place the order on the 17th of November but only on the 9th of December they shipped it so it's almost 4 weeks...I paid w credit card

Got an email on Dec 9 saying they shipped the order They gave me a reference number and say that china post would deliver my package

you can open dispute for non-receipt of goods.

You have to ask your seller for the information. Maybe they shipped it with untrackable method.

I can't get a hold on the sender ...besides the sender said that china post is shipping it do they should know if they have my package right?
