Hi Admin,

My package shipped from China to the US is yet to arrive. The latest update on the online tracker (http://www.track-chinapost.com/en) is:

2018-07-07 23:00 Plan to transport Airlines, plan flight number CZ327, scheduled departure time 21:00.

This update has not changed since 7th July. Is this package still on transit ? The tracking number is: UG839723240CN

Kindly assist.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
