Hello,

I was hoping somebody here could help me. I ordered something off AliExpress from Canada on February 26, and it was shipped by the seller on March 17. However, when I track the items, it says that it still hasnt departed from the original country. I just want to know if my items are on the way or if something happened to them. The tracking numbers for both parcels are RI895230825CN and RI895230839CN.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows both parcels were actually shipped on Mar 17(Seller delayed shipment for 3 weeks). They are on the way.

Next time do not buy offline, otherwise you can not open dispute if there is any quality or shipment problem.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure what you mean by buying offline. On Aliexpress.com I can open a dispute, but I didn't want to yet because I wasn't sure what was going on. If the package is on its way I have no problem.
