My tracking information has not updated from "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment" for over a week now. Please help me figure out where my package is and when it will be shipped out. Thank you

EA429484456CN was shipped on Aug 9. Normally EMS will take 10 to 20 days to reach USA. please wait some more days.
