I ordered from a website that said shipping will take 7-15 days and it's been 15 days, which would be fine if I knew where on earth my package was.
My tracking has not updated in 11 days and the last update just says "processed through facility".
Where is it even? Is it still in China, or is it in the US?
It would be fine if I knew it had left China because I would know that it's on its way but all it says is processed through facility.
What does that mean?
What country is my package in?
Why won't my tracking update?

2. I suspect within a few days you will see some tracking on USPS site. From the above the parcel is On route to USA. I would not be surprise that the parcel has arrive in USA but because of so much work they did not have time so far to get to your parcel for inspection of the Customs Office.

3. I did notice the same thing on other EMS parcels for US and other country also. Either there is a problem with China Post EMS tracking or a new carrier for EMS are causing this problem.
