Post Tracking from USPS to China

I sent a package on March 17, 2014 and can't track it 9o USPS. The recipient says they never received it. The tracking number is LC014181563US. How can I track it?

LC014181563US never arrived China. It should be lost in USA before arriving China.

I have waited over a month returning useless flash drives. Besides the cost,I paid return shipping to easy gift shop on aliexpress. I can't prove weather or not that the package has arrived. I purchased and returned in good faith $55 and it looks like my money was stolen by a bad seller. I won't use aliexpress again.
