It's been nearly a month and my package has been stuck in customs for almost a month. It is important to me and a warranty repair that was scheduled to arrive June 5th. I even paid 256usd to ship it!
The tracking number is EZ008882567US

It's fairly large and heavy and don't believe it could be lost that easily. I sure hope it will clear customs. But a friend of mine has same item shipped and it "disappeared" into thin air at Chinese customs. I'm quite worried at this point and wondered if there is a number to call to ask about this package?

Any help would be appreciated!!!

1. Last tracking is this:
2016-05-31 20:14 Guangzhou, to the customs

2. The recipient of the parcel should call as soon as possible China Post Hot Line: 11185 to find out what is the problem with the parcel. Just so you know the China Post Hot Line speak only in Mandarin.
