RB732744211CN - has been waiting for space for over a month?
RB960493316CN - says departed on Nov 28th

are either of these packages still in china?

RB732744211CN stuck in Tianjin almost one month, it might be returned to shipper.
RB960493316CN was sent to airline on Nov 28. Normally you will get it within 2 to 4 weeks.
