Hello,

I have 2 shipments from 2 DIFFERENT sellers both stuck in the same place for more than 2+weeks.

Can someone give me some insight on what I should do or how I should proceed?

Tracking numbers:

1. LS779026805CN
2. LS771364348CN

LS779026805CN and LS771364348CN have no problem. no status update for 2 to 4 weeks is normal. the delay should be caused by slow customs clearance.

I have been waiting for this package can you please help is it stuck in customs. hasnt moved since march 20th
